Operational Protocol v5.02

Service Level
Agreement.

A transparent framework defining the boundaries of our digital responsibility within the Libyan operational landscape.

99.9% Core Infrastructure Availability

ProDomain guarantees that the core compute, storage, and internal network components of your managed infrastructure will be operational 99.9% of each calendar month. We ensure the servers are provisioned and ready for traffic, independent of local access conditions.

Operational Exclusions (Force Majeure)

Due to the specific operating environment in Tripoli, the following events are strictly excluded from uptime calculations and service credit eligibility:

National Grid Failure

Total failures of the national power provider beyond our on-site generator capacity.

Backbone Connectivity

Subsea cable cuts or state-level throttling of the national telecommunications backbone.

Civil Unrest

Force Majeure events including civil disturbance or government-mandated service suspensions.

Support Response Framework

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) follows prioritized response windows designed for sustainable technical execution during local emergencies:

Critical System Failure4 - 6 Hour Response
Standard Technical Request24 - 48 Business Hours
Administrative / Billing72 Business Hours

Operational Hardening

ProDomain employs rigorous hardening protocols including redundant Diesel Generators and high-capacity UPS clusters. While we mitigate local power instability, clients are advised that we do not control the stability of end-user internet service providers (ISPs) or the national international gateway nodes.

Risk Management Disclaimer

ProDomain utilizes secondary power systems and global monitoring to track core availability metrics. Service credits for qualifying outages must be requested via the Billing Department within 7 days of the incident. Availability is verified via internal system logs and not end-user connectivity tests.
