Effective as of January 1, 2025. These terms govern your access to Libya’s digital bedrock infrastructure and services.
01. Service Agreement
By accessing or using ProDomain.org services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable Libyan national telecommunications regulations. We provide infrastructure including domain registration, managed hosting, and cybersecurity solutions.
Service availability is governed by our 99.9% Uptime Guarantee. For enterprise clients, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) supersede these general terms where specified in writing.
02. Domain Policy
ProDomain acts as the officially contracted representative of Libya Telecom & Technology (LTT) for national domain registration.
- Registration of .ly domains is subject to GACI (General Authority of Communications and Informatics) regulations.
- Restricted zones (e.g., .gov.ly, .edu.ly) require manual verification and official request letters.
- Names deemed contrary to Libyan law, morality, or Islamic principles will be rejected without refund in accordance with national registry rules.
03. Data Privacy
ProDomain maintains a strictly Zero-Knowledge or high-encryption policy for storage services. Our EU-based data centers comply with GDPR-level standards for data protection, while our local operations in Tripoli adhere to national data sovereignty mandates.
We do not share user identification data with third parties except where required by a valid legal order from the Libyan judiciary.

ProDomain provides infrastructure on an "as is" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee (SLA), we shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or registry-level domain disputes beyond the credit limits defined in our SLA.
